Eva Weinefalk: A Visionary Entrepreneur Redefining Recruitment

From launching her first business at the age of 20 to building a headhunting firm with an international footprint, Eva Weinefalk’s journey is a testament to ambition, resilience, and fearless leadership. With over two decades of experience in executive recruitment and entrepreneurship, Eva continues to shape the future of the industry through her latest venture, Right On.

Building Businesses, Breaking Boundaries

Eva’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early. By 20, she had already founded her first company. What followed were four successful business exits and a deep dive into the recruitment industry beginning in 1997. For five years, she served as CEO at Svensk Mediarekrytering, before launching Human Search—a headhunting firm she grew into 11 international markets over 18 years. Her work earned her the prestigious “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2013, and she has since been an active board member and an ambassador for Svenskt Näringsliv and Tillväxtverket, supporting Sweden’s business growth.

Right On: Recruitment with Purpose

In 2021, Eva founded Right On with a clear mission—to deliver real, value-driven recruitment solutions for complex industries like tech, construction, and engineering. Under her leadership, Right On has quickly gained traction, standing out through its human-centered approach and elite team of seasoned headhunters.

“For me, recruitment is not just about filling a vacancy. It’s about aligning the right talent with the right mission, and ensuring both the company and candidate thrive,” says Eva.

At Right On, she has curated a team she believes to be the best in the business—driven professionals who understand that genuine headhunting is about insight, precision, and connection.

Resilience in the Face of Adversity

Having built and run businesses since a young age, Eva is no stranger to navigating challenges. She views setbacks not as failures, but as formative experiences that shape better decision-making.

“Every obstacle I’ve faced has taught me something critical. It’s those experiences that laid the foundation for Right On,” she reflects.

Her time at Human Search gave her a powerful network and invaluable lessons—chief among them, the complexity of recruitment and the importance of perseverance.

Leadership at the Helm

As CEO of Right On, Eva’s role encompasses everything from client development and team management to strategic direction and profitability. But more than just managing operations, Eva leads with vision. Her decision to focus Right On on technical and specialist recruitment was born from years of industry insight and a desire to create a firm with both agility and depth.

“We set shared goals and work towards them together,” she emphasizes, underscoring the collaborative culture she champions.

Work-Life Synergy, Not Balance

For Eva, success means creating a life where work is fulfilling and energizing—not draining. “I love what I do. It rarely feels like work,” she shares.

Still, she prioritizes downtime and makes intentional space for family, friends, and personal well-being. Her philosophy also extends to Right On, where flexibility and autonomy are built into the work culture. Each headhunter manages their own schedule—so long as goals are met and results are delivered.

Defining Success: Vision, Action, and Outcome

To Eva, success is the outcome of clarity and commitment. “It’s about translating goals into tangible outcomes through hard work,” she says. For her, few things are more rewarding than helping clients find the perfect candidate, and seeing those individuals thrive in their new roles.

She believes that real leadership lies not just in ambition, but in execution. “You have to mold the pathway—not just dream it,” she asserts.

Looking Ahead: The Future of Right On

Eva envisions Right On becoming a cornerstone in the recruitment industry. As demand for skilled and specialized talent grows, so does her ambition to expand and evolve the company.

“We want Right On to be the first name that comes to mind for business leaders when it’s time to hire a top-tier engineer, manager, or specialist,” she says.

Her personal goals align seamlessly with the company’s vision. Passionate about business development and entrepreneurship, Eva is determined to scale Right On into yet another success story.

Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs? “Dream boldly. Set measurable goals. Work relentlessly. And when you hit a roadblock, treat it as a lesson—not a loss.”
